The Holme Station Homestead was built to celebrate life. Originally built in 1912 by one of New Zealand’s pioneering families, the Elworthys’ of South Canterbury. The homestead was designed to house a large family with a household staff of 25 and social centre to a large working station. There’s plenty of room to socialise, or read a book in front of an open fire.
